Sign up for an entertaining culinary demonstration lead by Chef Alex Elsaesser, one of Lake Tahoe's top chefs. You will get hands on training inside the Black Bear Inn kitchen, and end the session by enjoying the fruits of your labor along with a nice glass of wine on the patio.
As a “guest chef,” you will harvest your own salad greens and fresh herbs from the chef’s restaurant garden, before moving inside where you will participate in making fresh pasta from scratch. On the menu will be hand-rolled tortellini with roasted squash, aged parmesan and sage butter. And for dessert … chocolate delice with marzipan ice cream.
