Here’s a pre-trip opportunity to explore the “wild side” of Tahoe South this spring. Our April 5-7 pre-trip will include three nights of lodging at boutique hotels/condos, skiing at Heavenly Mountain Resort, Sierra-at-Tahoe Resort and Kirkwood Mountain Resort, rentals and most meals.

Cost $250 for members; $300 for guests (one per person)

20 total spots available (includes guests)

Option to extend lodging for a fourth night for an additional $49 fee

South Shore is conveniently accessible via Reno/Tahoe International Airport (RNO) and Sacramento International Airport (SMF). Reno/Tahoe Airport offers more than 145 daily flights and is just 55 miles from South Lake Tahoe, accessible via the non-stop South Tahoe Express, a luxury motor coach service. Airport transfers from RNO to South Lake Tahoe will be provided complimentary with our partner South Tahoe Express. www.southtahoeexpress.com

During the conference ground transportation will be provided along with several explore-on-your-own options. Attendees will cover their own transportation to Mammoth on Monday, April 8 and options/recommendations will be provided.

• Arrive at Reno/Tahoe Airport, pre-trip in South Shore, drive to Mammoth, core-conference, fly out from Mammoth Airport to return home
• Arrive in Reno/Tahoe Airport, pre-trip in South Shore, drive to Mammoth, core-conference, drive back to Reno/Tahoe, fly out from Reno to return home
• Arrive in Mammoth airport, drive to South Shore, pre-trip in South Shore, drive to Mammoth, core-conference, fly out from Mammoth Airport to return home
